Young Adults (YAM's):

Maturity: to help each young adult grow spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and socially and to help each person accept an adult identity.
Integration: to make young adults a real and vital part of church life, involved with all the members and ministries.
Community: to give young adults "a place" in the church during a transition phase of life; to help young adults form meaningful relationships with each other.
Evangelism: to reach out to other young adults in the community.
