Funding Request Form
To request funds please fill out the form below. All requests need to be received by Cathy / church office by the 1st Tuesday of each month. The finance committee meets the second Tuesday of each month and will review requests at that time. If it is an urgent request please contact Ken Powell at 336-266-4935 or [email protected] .
